As a Project Associate, Rocky Tuzava supports the house across events and visual production, as well as project-based on-site operational tasks, and assisting with project structures. Her role also includes supporting casting direction. Rocky brings youthful ideas to the directors and oversees younger-generation segments of the brand to keep the studio culturally current and engaged.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR & CEO

Kié Lee is the visionary founder of Kié Einzelgänger®, a brand she initially established in New York before executing a strategic rebranding in Belgium. She oversees the full spectrum of creative production, including pattern-making, sourcing, manufacturing, concept development, and logistics. In addition to managing these multifaceted components, Kié is unequivocally responsible for shaping the creative direction and ensuring the highest standards of output across the organization. Kié Einzelgänger® secured a registered trademark across 3 major continents and acquired entrepreneurship within the European Union in its fifth year of operation.

With over 9 years of entrepreneurial expertise, Kié has built a robust business presence across Europe, the USA, and Asia, consistently positioning herself at the helm of cross-continental operations. As CEO, she adeptly navigates the complexities of global markets while steering the company toward sustainable growth and innovation while maintaining a steadfast commitment to the brand’s artistic integrity.

OPERATIONAL & COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Matteo La Rosa has over ten years of experience in the luxury segment as a designer with his own label. He later applied this expertise to business and sales, supporting fashion houses worldwide in developing their design and commercial strategies.

At Kié Einzelgänger, Matteo focuses on building strong relationships with retailers across the globe. Through his extensive international network and a particularly strong presence in Belgium, especially in Antwerp, he plays a key role in strengthening the brand’s European positioning, visibility, and customer reach.
