She oversees the full spectrum of creative production, including pattern-making, sourcing, manufacturing, concept development, and logistics. In addition to managing these multifaceted components, Kié is unequivocally responsible for shaping the creative direction and ensuring the highest standards of output across the organization. Kié Einzelgänger® secured a registered trademark across 3 major continents and acquired entrepreneurship within the European Union in its 7th year of operation.

With over 9 years of entrepreneurial expertise, Kié has built a business presence across Europe, the USA, and Asia, consistently positioning herself at the helm of cross-continental operations. As CEO, she adeptly navigates the complexities of global markets while steering the company toward sustainable growth and innovation while maintaining a steadfast commitment to the brand’s artistic integrity.

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Matteo La Rosa has over ten years of experience in the luxury segment as a designer with his own label. He later applied this expertise to business and sales, supporting fashion houses worldwide in developing their design and commercial strategies.

At Kié Einzelgänger, Matteo focuses on building strong relationships with retailers across the globe. Through his extensive international network and a particularly strong presence in Belgium, especially in Antwerp, he plays a key role in strengthening the brand’s European positioning, visibility, and customer reach.
